If your data is archived it will not be available for processing by any member of the organization.

      It is important to understand if you request to be deleted, in the case that data is archived, you want to re-register in the future, we will not be able to retrieve your information from archived. You will be required to complete the registration process from the beginning. It should be considered to put your data on hold as opposed to requesting to delete it if you think you may begin work-seeking activities again in the future.

      Upon receiving complaints, an acknowledgment email will be sent instantly along with the time frame which is 5-7 working days.

      The Centauri World Ltd encourages feedback regarding the quality of service we provide and sometimes a candidate or client may experience incidents or situations you’re not happy with and would like to let us know no matter how big or small the issue is.

      All complaints received will be treated in confidence and one can be reassured that we will deal with them in a thorough and complete manner. No matter the nature of the complaint or its seriousness, whether the feedback is about our service or that of our clients or candidates.
